This Agreement provides a structured approach to maintaining the safety and quality of Birch Road. Our Road Manager oversees every detail, ensuring the lakeside travel remains secure for all property owners and guests. By prioritizing professional oversight over casual repairs, we maintain the integrity of our private route while protecting the natural beauty of the Seneca Lake shoreline through consistent expertise.

All members are invited to participate in the Annual Status Call, held in April to prepare for opening season.

01 Request for Road Repair

02 Managerial Assessment

A thorough evaluation of all requests will be conducted by the Road Manager. Factors including safety for road travel and the integrity of the natural areas surrounding the roadway will be tantamount during this process.

03 Scheduling & Completion

If work is approved, a schedule for completion will be communicated to all parties, along with a breakdown of fees required to complete the work, as necessary. The fee will be provided prior to start of the work. Once completed, the Road Manager will follow-up with all parties with summary.
